"Decent prices when I was in a hurry"
I was kind of rushing to find the boat parts I needed and ended up checking a few different sites. These guys had the best prices I found, and the shipping cost was reasonable too. Easy overall, so I’d probably order from them again.

"Found what I needed, but the site was clunky"
I did eventually find what I was looking for, so it wasn’t a total hassle, but using the menus on my phone felt clunky. I had to tap around more than I expected, and it got annoying fast. Also, if there’s an issue, I’d rather see something actually helpful than those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” apologies that don’t really fix anything.

"Stuff is out of stock too often"
I wanted to like anchorexpress.com, but the stock situation has been annoying. It looked like they had about what I needed, so I figured I was good to go.
A few items showed as available, but then later I got told they weren’t actually in stock. I ended up waiting around for nothing and still had to go look somewhere else.
The site itself is fine to use, but if I can’t really trust what’s listed as in stock, it feels like kind of a waste of time. Not the worst experience, just frustrating

"Checkout got there, but it made me work for it"
Checkout did go through in the end, so I can’t say it was a total mess. But it was slower than I expected, and for some reason it made me enter my address again, which felt like something on their side wasn’t quite working right. Not a dealbreaker, but if you’re trying to buy something quickly, it could definitely be smoother.

They actually helped me figure out which anchor roller would fit my boat, and they didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of extra stuff. Refreshing. The order showed up fine, the price seemed fair, and I’d definitely use them again for boat parts.

I can’t say how it usually goes for everyone, but in my case the warranty help was quicker than I expected. They got back to me fast and helped me sort things out without much hassle.

"Backorder situation was honestly frustrating"
So, yeah, my order ended up on backorder, which I get can happen, but it just kept getting pushed back again and again. The annoying part was, like, nobody really told me what was going on or gave any clear updates. I kind of had to just sit there wondering when it might actually ship, which was frustrating

"Pretty trustworthy overall"
I ordered from Anchor Express it was a decent experience overall. The website does feel a little old school, but checking out was simple enough and I got email updates along the way, which helped. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but my item arrived correctly and was packed well enough. I’d probably order from them again if the price was right. In the end, I felt relieved everything showed up as expected, and that kind of peace of mind matters to me.

I ordered from anchorexpress.com and the shipping was actually quick, so I’ll give them that. But once I started using the item, the quality just didn’t feel like what I paid for. It worked fine at first, but after only a few uses it was already showing wear. When something costs that much, I expect it to hold up better. The whole thing kind of gave me that feeling like they made it my problem instead of standing behind the product. It’s not the worst purchase I’ve ever made, but I probably wouldn’t order it again.

"Packaging isn’t what it used to be"
I’ve ordered before and it used to show up packed a lot better, so this was disappointing. The box arrived crushed and looked like it was barely taped shut. Everything inside was sliding around with hardly any padding, and it really didn’t feel like much care went into packing it. After waiting for the order, that was annoying.

My order showed up a little sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated along the way and even showed when it was out for delivery, so I wasn’t left guessing. Nothing really to complain about

"Am I missing something with the tracking?"
My order showed up fine in the end, so no real issue there. But am I missing something with the tracking? It barely updated for a few days and was kind of confusing, so I ended up messaging them just to figure out what was going on. They did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, not a bad experience, but the communication could definitely be better.

"Slow replies made the order more stressful than it needed to be"
I ordered from Anchor Express, and to be fair, the item showed up fine and was what I expected. The frustrating part was trying to get a simple update about shipping. I sent a message and figured I’d hear back in a reasonable amount of time, because that’s kind of the basic expectation when someone has an order in progress.
When they finally replied, the answer was short and didn’t really cover everything I asked, so I had to follow up again. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but common sense says customer service should be quicker and a little more helpful, especially when people are waiting on something they already paid for.
